1. Changing “rational” words to emotional words. This is really clever, and a huge lesson for us here in the Support Team. “Immediately” becomes “right now”, “additionally” easily becomes “there’s more!”, and so on.
2. The 10 emotions that increase sales, specifically guilt, belonging, and time. It seems so simple laid out in this infographic!
